So while addressing the world on how to get where you are now and the companies in developed countries, please consider the above mentioned issues.
Uganda has been ranked the best tourist destination for the last two years , but these rankings have not resulted into increased tourist volumes( LONELY PLANET 2011/2012. Please advise. Roni.

There is nothing on the home page of your website that convince a travel agent or consumer you are a reliable, expereinced and safe – and does this in 10 seconds or less.
Sorry Jack, that’s all the time you have to convince a stranger they shoudl stick around on your website. Plus with a travel agent, convincing them your are reputable and reliable is 10 times more improtnat.
Why would they send you their clients if they are not 1000% convinced your are experienced, reputable and their clients will be OK?
I highly recomend you want and apply the tips from this blog video called;

Hey Tim, thanks for this. As per our conversations through the online work I’m doing with you to improve our website, we’ve set up a Pinterest account. Still working on this and building. Thanks for the info. As always very helpful for improving our horse tour business here in Mongolia.
You are very welcome Keith. You know what they say, “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make them drink it”. You guys are great to help lead.
SO glad to coach you and Sabine because you both take action on your tour business and marketing. We are making progress. Watching trainings like this and all your consulting will lead to more inquiries, faster sales conversions, more profits and life options for you and your wife. Keep up the good work.
Tim, I believe Pinterest is going to be a bigger lead source than Twitter for sure. Just getting into it along with a few other social media outlets. I was surprised at the number of travel agents who requested to be linked when I joined LinkedIn. I was very resistant to the social media craze but, I now see that there are leads to be gathered from these new sources and like you said…. “it’s free folks!”
Thanks so much for all the encouragement and tips. Tourism rocks and so does Tourism Tim!
Thanks Doreen,
