Hello Tim, thanks for this wonderful information. It was quite insightful…however, i understand the end user leg of trip advisor cos travelers go there to write a review based on their experience with the provider, however, i still don’t understand how the provider/company can use trip advisor to its advantage. is there something i’m missing…by the way, we just launched an ecotourism social enterprise named ecotour africa, and we want to know ways to get it out there.
