I am very interested in watching the webinar next week. However, I have a B2B consultation already scheduled for 11 a CST, which means I will miss the webinar as I believe it will be noon, here, when you air it. Will it be recorded? Is there a going to be a link for those of us who have registered but can’t watch its premiere?
Visitor to my site are staying on average 5-9 minutes. They regularly open a chat and we engage in conversation. However, few convert to sales. Few sign up for the newsletter. OTOH, facebook get some action via private messages from people who read my postings. So, I think I have made a start in the right direction, but certainly am interested in what you have to add.

If you can reschedule your consultation, I would highly advise it because I went to your website and I know one of the key reasons your luxury travel prospects are not converting into sales.
Your travel website site lacks “social proof”.
Meaning I did not see anything quick and easy that lets me ( or any of your prospects) know you are an experience and excellent choice to plan my travels. Lot of ” Facebook Likes” is not nearly enough social proof. With out this critical piece of information I call the “Defining/Credibility Statement©”, and some other proven travel sales converting strategies, your odds of converting a stranger into a friend and a friend into a paying client over time goes WAY DOWN.
I saw many other things I would change on your website that would help generate more prospects and sales, many which are easy and we will cover in the Tourism Website Marketing Webinar.

When we first spoke and you told me that our original site didn’t tell anybody, anything I agreed with you and it is/was so poor you would think that a kindergarten student did it. lol
I took it upon myself to buy another domain and design a site specifically for our China tour product. We will work on our other site which offers specialty tours and North American tours later.
I digress though. Although we haven’t made a sale off of either of the sites and no traffic YET!! We started designing our China site just five-six weeks ago and we have seen our Alexa ranking go from 8,545,236 to 1,076,976 as of today. I know that a lot of that has to do with the secrets and credibility statement that we have on the site, I got from your Tourism Marketing Success online course.
We are hoping that by attending the next webinar and doing the step 7 from your course we will be able to actually achieve qualified leads that will buy tours.

– Existing customers and prospects
– Social media
– Pay per click advertising
– Article publishing
– Press releases
– Live presentations or webinars?
– Targeted online and off line advertising
– I have more travel marketing channels too 🙂
I know it’s a lot of options to create awareness for your tours…
Good news. Once you get a “website that converts strangers into friends and friends into customers”, you can and should be focused on generating new qualified leads always. Then you know you are maximizing your investment in prospecting so they will be enrolled and compelled to email or call when they visit your site.
